Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

What is your return and exchange policy?

At Chota Bazaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we're here to help!


Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and unworn/unused.


Here's what you can exchange for:

  • A different size of the same item.
  • A different color of the same item.
  • A completely different item of equal or greater value.


Please note:

We do not offer exchanges on any items marked as "sale" or "clearance."

Shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. However, we can offer free return shipping if the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).


To initiate an exchange:

They will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our exchange policy criteria, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan?

Absolutely Yes! We understand the convenience of COD for our customers. We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option throughout Pakistan.

What are your delivery charges and timelines for Pakistan?

Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and range from Rs. 150 to Rs. 499. However, we offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 9,000 within Pakistan.

In terms of timelines, most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.
