Follow the Chota Bazaar seller and dispatch guidelines applicable to your orders.
05 — Receive Your Payment
Once an order is successfully completed, seller payment settlement will be processed according to the applicable Chota Bazaar Seller Terms.
Details regarding commission, applicable charges and settlement timelines will be communicated during the vendor onboarding process.

Local manufacturers, artisans, small businesses, retailers, traders and entrepreneurs can apply to sell eligible non-food products on Chota Bazaar

Yes. Return gifts for weddings, birthdays, housewarming ceremonies, baby functions, pooja events, festivals and other occasions are welcome, subject to our seller guidelines.

You can sell eligible products such as pooja items, traditional gifts, return gifts, brass & bronze products, handicrafts, clothing, home utility, décor, books, festive collections and other non-food products.
4. Can local manufacturers and artisans sell directly?
Yes. Chota Bazaar welcomes local manufacturers, artisans and small businesses that want to showcase their products and reach customers online.
5. How do I become a seller?
Click Start Selling, complete the vendor registration and submit the required business and product details. Our team will guide you through the onboarding process.

Any applicable registration, commission or other seller charges will be communicated clearly during the vendor onboarding process.
8. Who handles packing and delivery?
Sellers are responsible for properly packing products and preparing them for dispatch. Delivery responsibilities and procedures will follow the applicable Chota Bazaar Seller Terms.
7. How will I receive orders?
Once your products are approved and listed, customers can purchase them through Chota Bazaar. You will receive the relevant order information through the available seller system.
9. How will I receive my payments?
Payments for successfully completed orders will be settled according to the applicable Chota Bazaar Seller Terms and settlement schedule.
10. Can I get my products promoted on Chota Bazaar?
Selected products, sellers and collections may be featured through Chota Bazaar’s promotional activities, subject to campaign requirements and seller guidelines.
